Ko Moon-young – It’s Okay to Not Be Okay (2020)
If you know Seo Ye-ji, chances are it’s because of this role. As Ko Moon-young, she was cold, chaotic, stylish, and painfully honest—but underneath all that was someone just craving love and safety. Her chemistry with Kim Soo-hyun? Off the charts. It’s one of those characters that stays with you for years.

Im Sang-mi – Save Me (2017)
This one’s dark but unforgettable. Seo Ye-ji plays Im Sang-mi, a girl stuck in a terrifying cult after her family falls apart. She barely says much at first, but you feel every emotion through her eyes. It’s a quiet but powerful role that proved how intense and layered her acting can be.

Ha Jae-yi – Lawless Lawyer (2018)
Here, she’s the smart, fearless lawyer who doesn’t back down—even when going up against corrupt politicians and dangerous enemies. Her dynamic with Lee Joon-gi, gave us that classic legal drama thrill and romantic tension. A badass with brains and heart.

Princess Sook-myung – Hwarang (2016–17)
Yes, our girl did sageuk! As Princess Sook-myung, she was proud, protective, and didn’t let anyone walk over her—even the flower boys of Hwarang. It’s a smaller role compared to others, but she brought the royal energy with so much poise and confidence.

Shim Soon-duk – Moorim School (2016)
Underrated gem. Shim Soon-duk is the down-to-earth, hardworking girl balancing school, martial arts, and supporting her dad. She’s sweet but strong—always standing up for what’s right. The drama’s fantasy vibes might not be for everyone, but Ye-ji carried her role with sincerity.

Coming Soon – Forest of Humans (TBA)
She’s making a comeback 👀 Seo Ye-ji will reportedly star in Forest of Humans, a thriller based on a webtoon about a facility for dangerous criminals. A blackout hits, and chaos unfolds. It sounds intense, psychological, and so her. We can’t wait to see her step back into the dark, twisted roles she owns so well.
