Hyeri and Hwang In Youp Face Their Final Two Episodes in “Dream To You”

The clock is ticking for Hyeri and Hwang In Youp in ENA’s romance drama “Dream To You“, with the series preparing to enter its final two episodes. Ahead of the conclusion, newly released behind-the-scenes and unreleased photos offer fans another look at the leads and the emotional journey that has brought their characters to this point. The finale-focused update was among Soompi’s latest drama stories.

“Dream To You” centers on Joo Yi Jae, played by Girl’s Day’s Hyeri, a woman who once approached life with enthusiasm but gradually lost her confidence after repeated disappointments. Her life changes when she reconnects with Woo Soo Bin, portrayed by Hwang In Youp, a successful film director who returns after years away.

Their reunion becomes more than a simple second-chance romance. Soo Bin’s return forces Yi Jae to confront the version of herself she left behind, while their renewed relationship gives both characters an opportunity to reconsider choices they made in the past.

The drama has leaned heavily into emotional storytelling, particularly the idea that reconnecting with someone from your past can also mean reconnecting with a forgotten part of yourself.

Hyeri’s portrayal of Yi Jae has allowed the actress to explore a character who is less concerned with appearing effortlessly confident and more focused on rebuilding herself. Hwang In Youp’s Soo Bin, meanwhile, brings a different kind of emotional tension. Although he has achieved the professional success he once wanted, his return suggests that career success has not necessarily resolved everything left unfinished in his personal life.

As the finale approaches, viewers are naturally focused on the central question: can the two finally move forward together, or will their unresolved past prevent them from getting the happy ending they want?

The newly released images are deliberately emotional rather than revealing. They give fans glimpses of the characters’ final stretch without giving away the exact resolution.

That restraint is particularly important for a romance drama nearing its conclusion. After spending weeks watching Yi Jae and Soo Bin gradually rediscover their connection, audiences are now waiting to see whether the story will reward that emotional investment.

The final two episodes are also expected to bring closure to the supporting characters and professional storylines surrounding the leads.

For Hyeri, “Dream To You” adds another romantic lead role to an acting career that has developed significantly since her breakthrough in “Reply 1988“. Hwang In Youp, meanwhile, continues building his résumé with another leading role following projects such as True Beauty, The Sound of Magic, and Why Her?

With only two episodes remaining, fans now have very little time left with Yi Jae and Soo Bin.

The final chapters are expected to focus on their emotional choices, unresolved misunderstandings, and whether their second chance at love can survive the realities waiting beyond the screen.
